Banquets and  Field Day RadioActivities


    Amateur radio operators are always involved in different activities. There are a wide variety of fun events, ranging from contests and banquets, to SKYWARN, which provides emergency communications during severe weather, to Hamfests, and even Field Day, just to name a few.
    One of our most recent activities was a Boy Scout Camporee, which took place on May 4. Around 80 Boy Scouts attend the session, and more than a dozen expressed interest in attending the Amateur Radio classes and becoming licensed operators.
